CM0120 Cardiovascular

In this trial we are looking to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the Study Drug in patients with Elevated Plasma Lipoprotein (a).
This could potentially be a treatment for adults with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
Eligibility requirements
- Age: 18-65
- Sex: Male and females
- BMI: 18-32 inclusive
- Medication: Stable Statin use for at least 6 weeks prior to study
- Medical History: Elevated Lipoprotein(a) (> 200nmol/L) Please note that this will be tested at the screening appointment to confirm
- Smoking History: Non-smoker

- 17 visits over 365 days
