Chronic Sinusitis

18 years and over

Has twelve weeks or longer of two or more of the following symptoms: 

• nasal blockage/obstruction/congestion 
• nasal discharge (anterior, posterior, or both) 
• facial pain/pressure 
• reduction/loss of sense of smell
