Chronic Sinusitis
18 years and over
Has twelve weeks or longer of two or more of the following symptoms:
- nasal blockage/obstruction/congestion
- nasal discharge (anterior, posterior, or both)
- facial pain/pressure
- reduction/loss of sense of smell
