F02724 – Cardiovascular Trial
Fusion Clinical Research Norwood
We’re looking for adults aged 50 and over with cardiac risk factors or history of heart disease to join a study testing an investigational treatment to help prevent first-time heart events. The goal is to see if it can help prevent first-time heart attacks, strokes, or similar cardiovascular events.
The study includes regular outpatient visits over several years. Participants receive either the study drug or a placebo via injection every 12 weeks. Compensation is provided for participation.

Eligibility requirements
- Age: 50 years and over at time of screening
- Sex: M & F
- Medical History: To be eligible (not limited to), you must; Be 50 or older. Be at risk for heart disease (e.g., have multiple risk factors or signs of atherosclerosis). NOT have a history of heart attack, stroke, or major cardiovascular event. NOT have severe kidney, liver, or heart failure. NOT have uncontrolled high blood pressure or uncontrolled diabetes. NOT have a history of major bleeding disorders.

Outpatient Visits
- Visits occur every 12 weeks, with some annual tests and evaluations
Payment/Remuneration
- $100 per visit
