F03125 – Weight Management Trial

 Fusion Clinical Research Norwood

We are conducting a clinical research study to test a new medication, Efsubaglutide Alfa (YN-011), for adults who are overweight. The study will look at how well the treatment helps with weight reduction, improves overall health markers, and how safe it is compared to placebo. Participants will receive regular study care and support over about 6 months.

To take part in this study, you need to be between 18 and 75 years old. Eligible participants must either have a BMI of 30 or above, or with a BMI between 27 and 30 along with a weight-related condition such as pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, osteoarthritis, or sleep apnoea. Participants should not have lost more than 5% of their body weight in the past three months through diet or exercise.

People who join will need to be able to attend study visits, follow the study requirements, and, if applicable, use reliable contraception for the duration of the trial
